87%

Dramatic clouds over Bodega Bay at the end of the day (21 March 2016).  Looks like we received ~0.5 inch of rain during the past 24 hours.  That brings the total to ~27 inches since October 1st about 87% of average for the hydrological year (October-September).

Good morning! You captured a baby animal nursing! Wonderful. I always enjoy your posts. The purple sea snail video was especially spectacular. The sheer variety of topics makes it always an enjoyable way to start the morning. Thank you!

Thanks, Betsy! So glad you've been enjoying the posts. Sometimes I'm not sure if it feels too "random," so I appreciate hearing that you like the variety. The posts include whatever I'm encountering, so the next species or topic is a mystery to me, too! I'm often amazed at how much presents itself each day.
