Ice on the move
We're approaching the end of the photos from Iceland, but I couldn't resist sharing a few more icebergs. All photos from theJökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon on 10 September 2024.

Beautiful, dramatic photos, but heartbreaking to think of them "calving" and melting at increasing rates!
First photo instantly reminded me of one of the many forms of lava from Kīlauea's 2018 eruption. Glaciers are living entities, like volcanoes- and as such, could use a bit more reverence!
