At the surface
Humpback Whales (Megaptera novaeangliae) at the surface just offshore of Bodega Head, 17 October 2020.
We'll be at Limantour tomorrow...I suppose they'd be too far away for us to see them, but we'll keep a lookout for them! Last week, out there, a bunch of pelicans were having a great time putting on a show, swooping and diving into the estuary. What a treat! Thanks for posting!
