Great photo, such good resolution of the feathers & whiskers! Cute little guy, looks like he/she's sitting on the roof of your car.

I felt very lucky to have a nice zoom lens that allowed close-up views of the feather details. And yes, the bristles! Those are long rictal bristles surrounding the bill. I'll try to write a little more about them later.:) Jackie
